Job Summary

Responsibilities: in soccer include assisting the head coach with on field training, practice preparation, game planning, game day management, video breakdown, scouting calls, limited recruiting contacts and travel, and any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: in track include coach and event group; practice and meet setup and management; assist in recruiting efforts for women’s track athletes by developing a pool of recruits, delivering recruitment message, working with the admission office and applicants and coordinating on-campus visits.

Candidate’s responsibilities will average 40 hours per week over 10 months, but time commitment will vary between fall competition season and off-season recruiting. During the competition seasons, must be able to work nights and weekends. Compensation is $27,000 plus benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree required
-Previous playing/coaching experience
-Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
-Must posses excellent communication skills
-Candidate will need to possess the ability to work independently, and as a member of a team.
-Knowledge of NCAA rules and ability to recruit qualified student-athletes is required.

Preferred Qualifications

-Previous playing/coaching experience at the Division III level preferred
