The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking a Faculty Affairs Administrator 2 to provide subject matter expertise in assigned program areas, evaluate program policies and procedures, represent the programs within the Department and to the School of Medicine and ensure compliance with school and university policies. Reporting to the Director of Faculty Affairs & Strategic Planning, this position will provide analysis and guidance within the Department regarding faculty and academic staff appointments, reappointments, promotions and the search process. The Faculty Affairs Administrator 2 will advise the Department Chair, DFA and Division Chiefs on matters including faculty searches, leaves, sabbaticals, recalls and other actions and will act as a liaison between the Department and the Office of Academic Affairs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience working with administrative processes, or combination of education and relevant experience.
