The Bhatt Lab, led by Dr. Ami Bhatt, MD, Ph.D., is part of the Departments of Genetics and Hematology at Stanford University School of Medicine. The lab is a bioinformatics and microbial metagenomics hub that focuses on translating innovative and cutting-edge molecular biological, microbiological, clinical informatics and bioinformatics skills to understand the impact (positive and negative) of the microbiome on patient outcomes, especially as it pertains to individuals with cancer.
