Physical Requirements

Long periods of sitting/standing, computer work, able to walk across campus, ability to lift 25 lbs.


Monday – Friday: flexible times between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Summary

The Office Assistant will provide general office support to the Immigration Case Coordinator and the rest of ISSS. Duties involve scanning and copying immigration documents, assistance with main office traffic, and other duties as assigned. The Assistant must have great customer service skills and the ability to run errands across campus.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Attention to detail, keep accurate records, reliable, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience

Current UK Student with Federal Work-Study funding.

International Studies, Communications, and Foreign Language majors are preferred, but not necessary. All majors are welcomed.
