This is a position of trust. The employee performs semi-skilled mechanical work in binding books, reports, and other materials. Work involves performing hand and machine operations including the use of punching, drilling, binding, and stapling machines. Work is performed under general supervision with assistance readily available and is reviewed by inspection for accuracy and established quality standards.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

Some bindery experience preferred, but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Knowledge of computer driven machinery desired. General computer skills also.

Physical Demands

Lift up to 60 lbs.
