This is a position of trust. The Phone Directory Assistant is responsible for answering a wide variety of inquiries that come into the main call center for the university. This position operates a telephone console to service incoming and outgoing calls. Will use a computer and software program to retrieve data. This position requires patience, professionalism, and a willingness to learn about the University of Georgia in order to answer inquiries.Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
