Overview:

Rogue Community College is a public, three-campus, comprehensive community college serving two counties in beautiful southern Oregon. The rapidly growing region is an area of scenic beauty, exciting recreational and outdoor opportunities, and growing cultural diversity. The College offers two-year transfer degrees, career and technical training degrees/certificates; a variety of workforce and short-term programs and services, and academic basic skills and community education classes. In addition, the College provides small business development services. The current enrollment is 5717.34 FTE.

Position Summary:

Provides leadership in teaching, learning, and service by focusing on the individual and modeling respect, dignity, and integrity. Responsible for the direction and coordination of instructional department programs and/or college-wide self-support activities. Provides leadership in the development of instructional services goals and objectives, ensuring the educational philosophy and institutional vision, mission and long- and short-range goals of the college are met. Provides leadership for fiscal planning and budget administration to accomplish goals within established budget processes for areas of responsibility. Represents the college in the community and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with state and local agencies. Maintains knowledge of and exercises judgment in the application of college policies and procedures, collective bargaining procedures, and state and federal laws and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is for Grade N on the 2018/2019 Exempt Salary Schedule
- Daily rate range: $356.1977 to $484.8241
- Annual range: $87,624.63 to $119,266.73 (pro-rated for partial fiscal year contract)
