The Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth seeks to create a pool of qualified applications to fil I Part Time Lecturer positions to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of Business Analytics, Technology Management Strategies, Information Technology Management, Advanced Project Management, Risk Management in Supply Chains, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence & Knowledge Management, Quantitative Business Analytics, Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Introductory Business courses as necessary.

The Charlton College of Business at UMass Dartmouth, an AACSB accredited business school, seeks instructors to teach one or more courses Fall, Spring, Summer on an ongoing basis. We are seeking experienced instructors for in person, blended (using Blackboard) and fully online courses (using Blackboard and Blackboard Collaborate). Please note, for all PTL’s hired to teach in the blended or fully online format a mandatory online training course must be completed prior to hire. Those with extensive teaching experience using Blackboard in higher education will be offered a different training. Salary will be commensurate with degree, background and experience.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualified applicants will have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in a business discipline (preferably from an AACSB accredited institution), teaching experience in higher education and in the teaching mode of the class (i.e. online teaching experience for applicants for online courses), and at least five years of current, relevant work experience and demonstrated ongoing professional activities. Commitment to quality instruction.

Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications, extensive progressive work experience, a Ph.D. in the discipline or related business discipline.
