Organization

Trinity Christian College is an accredited private liberal arts college located in Palos Heights, Illinois. Since its founding in 1959, Trinity has provided its students a rigorous Christian higher education in the Reformed tradition, preparing them to pursue excellence in their vocations. The secure 130-acre wooded campus is just 30 minutes from the limitless cultural and career resources of downtown Chicago.

Academics

Consistently ranked as one of the top-tier colleges in the Midwest region by U.S. News and World Report, Trinity Christian College offers over 80 programs of study, including traditional undergraduate, adult studies, and graduate programs. Recognizing the value of experiential learning, 100% of Trinity’s students participate in hands-on internships or field education. Trinity alumni excel. They are nurses in the most advanced healthcare facilities, award-winning teachers in schools across the country, successful business executives in global companies, and service-oriented professionals making a difference throughout the world.

Community

Whether they are commuters or campus residents, current Trinity students passionately talk about the sense of “community” they feel on this diverse campus. Trinity is often recognized for its ethnic and economic diversity. Intercollegiate sports for men and women, student-run ministry programs, and a full scope of creative expression in fine arts add to the Trinity experience.

Chicago

Opportunities abound in the Chicagoland area, opening the door to an expansive “classroom” of culturally-rich neighborhoods; world class music, theater, art, and cuisine; and endless professional development for students via internships, career positions, and involvement with service organizations. Trinity’s Chicago Semester provides an immersive experience for students who want the city to be their home, classroom, and workplace for an entire semester.

Study Abroad

Learning outside the classroom is available through off-campus programs including Semester in Spain (Seville), Semester in The Netherlands, and Semester in Ecuador (Quito), as well as other areas of the world. May-term trips to places such as Cuba and China offer students the opportunity to discover and explore different regions of the world over the course of a few weeks.
