The School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at Clemson University invites applications for full-time lecturer positions. Applicants will be considered for the position of lecturer who will regularly teach mathematics courses for elementary education majors. Other positions depend on teaching needs, but areas of interest include calculus and business calculus.
The School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences includes the areas of algebra and discrete mathematics, computational mathematics, operations research, applied statistics, probability and mathematical statistics, and pure and applied analysis. The department offers the full range of Baccalaureate, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees. Qualifications:
Applicants are required to have a M.S. degree in a relevant field, but a Ph.D. is preferred. Candidates must also have a documented record of excellence in classroom instruction.
