DescriptionJob Purpose: Collaborate in planning, designing, and developing a wide range of instructional resources and projects related to the enhancement of learning experiences. Responsible for the systematic development of instructional specifications using learning and instructional theory to ensure the quality of instruction. Plan, design, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of learning collateral developed.

 Major Responsibilities:

Create course content, and assess effectiveness of learning interaction.

Design robust learning curriculums that include sequence and planning resulting in consolidated learning plans that allow for knowledge exchange, competency demonstration and content mastery.

Lead and execute on full lifecycle instructional design in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Conduct analysis with stakeholders to scope the learning solutions resulting in learning programs.

Collaborate with co-workers on departmental and institute-wide projects.

Evaluate and employ emerging technologies, instructional design concepts and best practices.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Experience: Five to Seven years of related experience.

Certifications: N/A

Skills: This job requires experience in designing multi-course programs and creating visually engaging storyboards. Specialized computer applications are required.
