V. Assist. Prof. Women's & Gender Studies

 Wells College seeks a full-­‐time Visiting Assistant Professor to start August 2019. Doctorate, ABD, or MFA required. Expertise in Women's and Gender studies, scholarly potential, demonstrated commitment to diversity and cultural competence through the use of multicultural pedagogies required. Desirable areas of teaching and scholarship: intersections of gender, race, class, sexuality, and dis/ability. Duties include teaching three courses per semester in Women’s and Gender Studies, senior project supervision, and academic advising for WGS majors. We seek a colleague who can bring innovative multicultural approaches to teaching and who has a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
