Job Description:
SUMMARY Grows and develops customer service skills by providing students and the general public community support and assistance. Develops an understanding of student and community needs to provide professional assistance to students and the community in support of student success. Develops relationships with new students and continuing students at Tri-C encouraging and supporting their success at Tri-C. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Qualifications:
