TCS Education System is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing Department for the summer of 2019. This is an incredible learning opportunity for anyone with a passion for marketing and higher education. In the internship, you will learn working knowledge of marketing best practices and get exposure to different areas of focus—including digital paid campaigns, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and brand campaigns.

Also, as part of meeting learning objectives for the internship, the Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to present to the department and select executives on skills learned, accomplishments, department process improvement suggestions, and overall internship experience.

This is a summer internship (June through August) scheduled for 20-25 hours per week. The intern will rotate time, and spend a month in each of the following areas: digital marketing, marketing communications, and field marketing.

Internship Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of marketing communications materials including blogs, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Assist in analyzing marketing material and digital content campaign efforts.
• Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
• Assist in the development of new programmatic campaigns, considering current and planned promotional activities.
• Provide administrative and ad hoc project support to marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a BS or Graduate degree in Marketing, Business or related degree. Senior level preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
• Research-driven and self-motivated.
• Must have excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work collaboratively.
