The Department of Economics at William & Mary invites applications for a one year, non-tenure track Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics position. The successful applicant will be expected to be an effective instructor with a 3-3 teaching load and must hold a Ph.D. in Economics or a related field at the time the appointment begins on August 10, 2019.
The Department of Economics values demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching in a highly selective liberal arts environment. The successful applicant should be prepared to teach rigorous courses—primarily principles of economics, statistics, econometrics, and in fields of their specialization (especially Public Finance).
