Vice President for Enrollment Management

Quinnipiac University seeks applications and nominations for the role of vice president for enrollment management.  

A leading private, coeducational national university, Quinnipiac encompasses eight professional schools and the College of Arts and Sciences — one of a select group of universities in America to offer medical, law and engineering schools — as well as 21 Division I athletics teams, and more than 50,000 alumni around the world. An education at Quinnipiac embodies the University's commitment to three core values: high-quality academic programs, a student-oriented environment and a strong sense of community. With a focus on the professions, Quinnipiac offers more than 100 programs to an estimated 7,000 undergraduate and 3,000 graduate students. Since its founding in 1929, the University has grown impressively from one campus with 120 acres to three campuses totaling 700 acres. As the University charts an ambitious course under President Judy Olian, it is expected that Quinnipiac will continue to flourish and gain in recognition, impact and academic quality in the coming years.

The vice president for enrollment management will lead the creation, articulation and implementation of a new era of enrollment management that produces even greater strategy, coordination and analytical rigor in every phase of the enrollment process. A visionary and innovative enrollment leader, the new vice president will grasp and extend Quinnipiac's distinctions to enhance the University’s ability to attract, recruit, select and enroll a talented and diverse population of students. While leading a superb and forward-thinking undergraduate and graduate admissions and financial aid function, the vice president for enrollment management will be a highly visible institutional leader who will help the University build on past successes while forging an ambitious future.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, inspiring and dynamic enrollment leader with a demonstrated commitment to diversity in all its forms. The new enrollment leader will possess the skill to lead enrollment in a complex environment; exceptional analytical capacity and technological sophistication; and an ability to manage, motivate and mentor professional staff within enrollment.
