Stockton University seeks applications for a full-time, visiting faculty member to be appointed to a level of visiting assistant professor effective September 1, 2019.

Responsibilities:

  • Include evidence-based teaching
  • Participation in program and college service
  • Involvement in clinically relevant scholarship
  • The ideal candidate will have clinical and teaching experience in the areas of mental health, research, and/or neuroscience. 
  • The ability to support Stockton University’s diversity commitment and strong student-centered vision and mission.

Required Qualifications:

  • Earned post-professional doctorate by September 1, 2019
  • Eligibility for licensure in NJ
  • Prior experience as a level II fieldwork educator
  • At least 5 years work experience as an Occupational Therapist

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience as an adjunct or resident faculty member teaching mental health, neuroscience, kinesiology, research
  • Scholarly work
  • Clinical experience with individuals with mental health disorders
