The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Support Specialist assists with the development and maintenance of the assigned PeopleSoft module, which includes managing support tickets, conducting end user training and performing system testing. This is a temporary assignment.

•Provides daily support in the maintenance and enhancement of assigned PeopleSoft modules
•Creates and manages support tickets
•Works with business end users and IT to review and track support tickets
•Follows up with the department and end-users to ensure timely resolution
•Creates and maintains training documentation and performs training sessions
•Participates in systems testing and validation of data to support updates and upgrades of PeopleSoft modules, including the creation and execution of functional test plans with the guidance from business end users
•Maintains appropriate documentation of changes
•Performs other duties as assigned

•Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in an appropriate field and (4) four years of related experience; or an Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in an appropriate field and eight (8) years of related experience
•Minimum two (2) years of PeopleSoft functional experience
•All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
•Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
•Knowledge and experience of PeopleSoft business processes as it pertains to the assigned module
•Demonstrated experience in providing support and training to end-users
•Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
•Ability to work effectively with changing priorities and multiple projects
•Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
•Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
•Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include evening and weekend assignments
•Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Possess accurate and detail-oriented skills ensuring accuracy and integrity of work
•Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff
