    Maintains Institutional Research (IR) data files Generates, verifies, and submits the Admissions Database Uploads data files to the StateDownloads State reports Prepares online surveys Conducts quantitative research projectsTranslates user requests into technical specifications for programmingProduces routine and customized reports to respond to College needs

  • Master’s degree in appropriate field and one (1) year of related experience; or Bachelor's degree in appropriate field and five (5) years of related experience
  • All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
  • Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and proceduresFamiliarity with State reporting database filesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and to meet dead-linesPossess programming skills with SAS or similar software sufficient to write original programsAbility to provide technical competence in Institutional Research or related activities that include data verification and problem resolutionFamiliarity with MDC data files and Odyssey system elementsAbility to apply concepts of basic statisticsPossess writing skills required to prepare clear programming requests, memos and reports
