Job Purpose: Provide support to the sales and delivery of an academic unit's offering of customized educational programs to outside organizations (corporations, government entities, etc.). Work collaboratively with unit's sales and marketing personnel, faculty and the client organization to develop and deliver program results that meet customer needs.  

Major Responsibilities:

  • Consult with client organization personnel to determine specific educational needs.
  • Translated client needs into the design of program curricula.
  • Coordinate resources required (facilities, faculty, etc.) for program development and presentation.
  • Maintain client relationships to promote ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor program delivery and coordinate any required changes or additions to program content.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel regarding client relations and content delivery.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
  • Work Experience: Four to five years job related experience
  • Certifications: N/A
  • Skills: This job requires skills in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, specialized educational program content design and delivery, project management and communications.

  • Preferred Skills: Excellent Client Management skills, Proactive business development skills and the ability translate client needs into GT executive education programs; Ability to build strategic relationships and leverage into new business opportunities; Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written; Organizational, attention to detail and overall program management skills; Microsoft Office, Curriculum Design and Customer Relationship Management system experience preferred.
  • Additional Information: In support of client programs, this role will require occasional evening work hours between 6:30PM-9:30PM.   Impact & Influence: This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Unit sales management, administration and faculty; sales prospects and client organization management. This position typically will advise and counsel: prospects and clients, unit administration and faculty. This position will supervise: NA
