The COAS, English Department is seeking to hire an Administrative Specialist, Administrative.  The scope of responsibilities for this position include these essential duties but is not limited to the following:

  • Schedules, supervises, trains, and evaluates front office support staff of a large department,

  • Places book orders

  • Assists faculty and students

  • Coordinates rooms for special events

  • Manages student assistant budget

  • Enters Panthermart invoices and travel authorizations

  • Maintains departmental space

  • Perform other professional duties assigned or requested

QualificationsBachelor's degree and two years of administrative experience; or a high school or GED and six years of administrative experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
