Works under the supervision of the University Housing HVAC Supervisor; assists HVAC Mechanics with preventative maintenance service to over two thousand eight hundred (2,800) air handlers within the Department of University Housing and performs the following tasks periodically: litter pick-up, room cleaning (during opening and closing periods), and furniture moving.

Shift Specifics – 20 to 25 hours per week; must be available to work in 4-hour increments between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Students cannot hold another on-campus position while employed in this position due to time recording methods.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.

Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.
