Department Department of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Science (EOAS)Responsibilities Serve as the Outreach Coordinator for the Department, developing and coordinating ongoing outreach efforts to meet departmental and academic needs.
Create and maintain web and digital media, direct mail, electronic social media, events, newsletters, brochures, and other relevant vehicles to promote alumni, student, and departmental engagement. Maintain the departmental website, including but not limited to: design, organization, functionality, accessibility, navigation, and overall usability.
Update faculty and staff information, upcoming events, and departmental, academic, and scholarly information on website.
Ensure all publications (print and electronic) and official communications for EOAS are reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness of content, technical presentation, and copy editing. Create graphics, hard copies, and photographs for publications or websites.Qualifications Experience with building and maintaining websites using HTML and WordPress.Anticipated Salary Range Negotiable.Pay Plan This is an OPS/temporary job.
