CLEVELAND STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE

is accepting applications for the following position:

Fall 2019 Computer Information Technology/Computer Information Systems Adjunct Faculty Pool

Seeking adjunct instructors for various areas of teaching emphasis including Beginning HTML & CSS, Intro to Programming & Logic, Intro to Networking, Database Concepts, A+ Hardware/Software, Systems Dev & Design, Linux LPIC-1, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Android App Development, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Network Security or Microsoft Network Infrastructure.

Candidate will teach courses on a semester by semester basis.

Adjunct faculty pay rates are based upon educational qualifications. The rates per credit hour for each educational level are as follows:

Less than Bachelor's degree $450

Bachelor's degree $475

Master's degree $500

Master's plus 30 semester hours (ABD) $525

Doctorate $550



Position Requirements:

*Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution OR an Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution in a qualifying field and demonstrated competencies such as documentation of professional certification (national, regional or state), professional employment in related field, or teaching excellence in related field. Qualifying fields include: Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
