Responsibilities •Answer telephone

• Greet visitors

• Photocopying

• Mail delivery

• Provide accurate information and serve as resource to all patrons

• Monitor recreational programs and facilities

• Plan and implement indoor and outdoor recreational activities

•Advertise and promote all events sponsored through the Office of Student Life and Leadership

• Perform basic office tasks (word processing, filing, etc.) and other duties as assigned

• Provide quality customer service, demonstrating a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor to all visitors

• Follow and enforce established unit policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
    Student must be currently enrolled with a minimum grade point average of 2.3.Student must be able to handle confidential information.A strong customer service orientation and the ability to prioritize effectively are essential.Strong written and verbal skills Advanced computer skills and prior recreation experience are a plus.
