The Enquist and Engel laboratories at the Princeton Neuroscience Institute have a shared postdoctoral or more senior research associate position available. The laboratories are studying mammal neurotropic viruses and developing new non-toxic viral vectors to study brain connectivity and function. Talented and motivated candidates with knowledge of molecular biology, animal virology, BSL2 tissue culture and fluorescent microscopy are invited to apply. The successful applicant will have a Ph.D. in the life sciences, one or more first-author publications and be an organized, independent learner with outstanding oral and written communication skills. The term of this position is one year with the possibility of renewal contingent upon satisfactory performance and continued funding.
