GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION: Supports and leads the daily administrative operations of the Dean, Workforce and Public Services area. Responds to a wide variety of inquiries from faculty, staff, administration and external constituents. Maintains and coordinates the completion of responsibilities related to the instructional area. This position receives direction from the Dean, Workforce & Public Service and exercises no supervision.Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: Associate Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience: More than one-year experience in an office environment.
Experience: Three years of responsible secretarial experience is preferred.Selection Criteria

Sedentary: Desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activities. Insignificant effort other than normal movement. Minimal Hazard/Exposure: Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls to assure health and comfort.Benefits
