To evaluate enrollment eligibility for dual credit, early college high school, and early admission students. To assist ISD partners, parents, students, and MCC employees with questions related to the High School Pathways programs and enrollment process, which may occur via phone, electronic communication, professional meetings, and/or high school site visits. This may include questions addressing other MCC offices/policies as they relate to High School Pathways programs. To coordinate course scheduling with both ISD partners and MCC academic departments. This position exercises no supervision and receives general supervision from the Program Director, High School Pathways. NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation
will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.
Education: Associate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience: More than one year of professional experience.
Experience: Two years' experience in secondary or higher education.Selection Criteria

General understanding of MCC academic policies. 3. General understand of the admissions, records, financial aid, and student accounts processes, and how they work together and work in relation to High School Pathways programs. 4. Modern office technology, such as scanners, copiers, phone systems, and computers. 5. Windows operating systems and navigation skills utilizing various browser applications. 6. FERPA requirements. Skills in: 7. Customer service and working with others. 8. Analyzing and solving problems. 8. Organization. 10. Time management. 11. Clear and effective communication. Ability to: 12. Analyze information and make informed decisions. 13. Organize thoughts and stay on task. 14. Communication effective, both orally and in writing. 15. Efficiently learn new software. 16. Understand pertinent federal, state, local, and college policies, procedures, and rules and regulations, and stay up-to-date with their changes and apply them.
Sedentary: Desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activities. Insignificant effort other than normal movement. Minimal Hazard/Exposure: Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls to assure health and comfort. Must be available for some flexible scheduling.Benefits
