Assist in all MCC employee-training initiatives. Identify training needs, design programs and initiatives to meet these needs. Recruits content experts; schedule training; select training methodologies; design, develop and deliver training content. Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to analyze and measure results; modify programs as needed. Administer tracking and reporting functions for employees' training. Develop and maintain communications to ensure employees have knowledge of events and general information. The position reports to the Director of Center for Teaching & Learning and exercises supervision over work study students. NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources or related area from an accredited college or university.
Experience: One year of teaching/training experience.
Education: Master's degree from an accredited college or university.Selection Criteria

Desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activities. Insignificant effort other than normal movement. Minimal Hazard/Exposure: Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls to assure health and comfort.Benefits
