Community College of Philadelphia is the largest public institution of higher education in the City. Corporate Solutions seeks to become the preferred training provider for regional businesses and organizations. We provide non-credit-training and continuing professional education programs for incumbent workers and individuals.

Corporate Solutions is increasing our pool of trainers who have knowledge of adult learning theory and experience facilitating bookkeeping or accounting programs. Certified Bookkeepers or Certified Public Accountants with experience teaching adult learners are preferred. Qualified candidates will have working knowledge of accounting transactions and general accounting principles. Certification specific to the subject matter is required.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Bookkeeper program. Classes will be held during the day. This position pays a competitive hourly rate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant; or Certified Bookkeepers with 7-10 years of experience.

•Facilitation experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree.
