HEPL is Stanford's first Independent Laboratory, providing facilities and administrative structure that enables faculty to do research that spans across the boundaries of a single department or school. It supports faculty and staff from various departments, including physics, engineering, biophysics and medicine. HEPL seeks a human resources administrator who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
Under the direct supervision of the manager/director, provide human resources administrative support. Act as the first point of contact for most human resources inquiries, and serve as a resource to staff and faculty on human resources policies, procedures, and practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Associate degree and two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
