The Vatche and Tamar Manoukian Division of Digestive Diseases at University of California, Los Angeles is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of academic experience in the clinical care of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) to join our growing academic practice at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.

The position incorporates clinical care of patients with IBD, teaching responsibilities to gastroenterology fellows and medical residents in the inpatient and outpatient setting, and clinical/translational research opportunities. The candidate should have a strong desire to help build a comprehensive IBD program, to mentor and teach fellows, and to deliver high quality care to IBD patients. Resources available will include dedicated nurse practitioner, nurse and nutritional support.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic interest in IBD with preference for those who have completed an advanced IBD fellowship. Candidates must be BC/BE in Gastroenterology and eligible for a California medical license.
