The University of Michigan-Flint seeks an Assistant Director of Community Standards and Ethical Development.  The Assistant Director is responsible for promoting a campus environment that supports the development of integrity and ethics by providing educational programming and resources to members of the UM-Flint community.  Through intentional interactions with students, the Assistant Director challenges inappropriate student behavior and offers a balanced response to allegations of misconduct in concert with the Code of Student Conduct.  By way of this process, the Assistant Director encourages a safe and caring community that increases students’ ability to learn and make healthy choices, prepares students to think critically and clarify values, and engages students in ethical development – all of which enriches the student experience.
