Teach voice to music majors and minors. Teach in area(s) commensurate with the department needs and the candidate’s qualifications to complete full load. Ongoing productivity as a performer, educator, and leader. Recruit outstanding students. Committee service, student advising, research/creative activity obligations consistent with all faculty appointments.

Minimum Education Requirements

Terminal degree required.

Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements

College-level teaching experience in voice required. Ability to recruit outstanding students.

Preferred Education and/or Experience Qualifications

Tenor preferred, other voice types considered. Experience in musical theater voice preferred.
