Assists primarily with the Silent Auction for Fall Family Weekend; identifies and contacts local businesses, corporate companies, travel organizations, etc. to gain donations and items; logs items upon receipt and creates the proper paperwork to accompany the donation; ensures that all donated items are input into the online bidding system allowing for a smooth bidding process throughout the weekend.

Shift Specifics: up to 25 hours per week; flexible with class schedule.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.

Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.
