Job Title: General Maintenance Services Worker


Position Reports to: Eden Hall Facilities Manager


Position Summary: The General Maintenance Services Worker is a maintenance generalist who is technically able to carry out all maintenance-related tasks at Eden Hall Campus. This individual assists with all Facilities Management-related activities.



Qualifications: Very strong technical skills and general knowledge of all trades to include; carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, plastering and general labor. Must also possess familiarization of all landscaping activities and equipment as it relates to the activities and needs of Eden Hall Campus. Must be analytical, an independent thinker and highly motivated. Must be able to follow directives, complete tasks, work as an individual, and be team oriented.



Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out all maintenance related tasks as assigned by the Facility Manager. Assist in additional duties as required to carry out grounds activities and assist with special events as needed.

Initiate formal preventative maintenance procedures on all new and existing equipment and inform supervisor of all system failures and recommend corrective action.

Must be available on an on-call, rotating schedule.
