For one weekend each year, the alumni of Middlebury College are invited to reunite with classmates and celebrate their four years at as they explore and reconnect with the campus and old friends. The Reunion Student Hosts help make that happen. You are the reliable, outgoing, personable, and hardworking students that create a welcoming atmosphere so alumni can focus on reminiscing and rediscovering all that Middlebury has to offer. This position presents a unique opportunity to engage with alumni from all walks of life while simultaneously providing them with the support they need to enjoy their Reunion.

Responsibilities
Organize and maintain a presentable, informational and personalized Class Headquarters;
Greet alumni as they arrive on campus and guide them through the check-in process;
Engage and connect with alumni to create a welcoming and vibrant environment;
Assist College Advancement Staff in the set-up and organization of events;
Direct and offer assistance to alumni as needed throughout the weekend;
Communicate effectively and promptly with the Reunion Student Host Coordinator to troubleshoot any complications that may arise;
Be prepared to assist across all Reunion classes and events as needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a reliable, personable, and hardworking student who communicates efficiently and effectively with other Student Hosts and staff members. Candidates should be interested in helping to create an inviting space for alumni to reconnect with the Middlebury campus and community, as well as represent the current Middlebury student body both humbly and confidently.
