Job Summary

This position will assist Learning Experience Design and Digital Scholarship Support staff with summer projects in preparation for the next academic year. Activities and responsibilities include and are not limited to: virtual reality and maker design and development; website creation with WordPress; and assisting with digital projects as needed.
There are 2 openings for this position.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge and hands-on experience with technologies such as: MacOS X, Windows 10, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Applications, QuickTime Media, iMovie/Adobe Premiere, and WordPress. Ability to convey technical concepts or procedures to non-technical users. Demonstrated experience with video authoring/editing, audio editing, and digital graphics. Strong service orientation and collaborative skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The right candidate will have both technical aptitude and hands on experience with virtual reality platforms and related equipment (examples: Google Cardboard, Oculus, Vive, 360 degree video, and Unity software). Knowledge and experience with 3D Printing is a plus.
