The Division of Academic and Student Affairs is seeking a Program Coordinator. Responsibilities include:

Project management – work within project management platform, Slope, to coordinate with clients and creative team to ensure deliverables are produced and received on-time

Purchasing card and account reconciliation

Manage Wolfpack Pickup service – supervision of student drivers and student lead coordinator

Contract and account management for Packapalooza

Event logistics for large scale division and university programs

Fluent with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Other duties as assigned

Other Work/Responsibilities Minimum Experience/Education Departmental Required Skills

Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution

Budgeting

Project management

Customer service

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

1-­3 years of relevant experience
