Must be able to walk 2 miles. Must be able to push, lift and carry 25 lbs. Must be able to ascend and descend ladders of 6 feet in height.Shift
25-35 hours per week; days, evenings, and night, will vary. This position will operate on a floating shift per semester and must be available for weekend hours for a limited basisJob Summary
This position will provide technical assistance to faculty and staff in the classrooms/learning spaces. Responsibilities will include technical support for services such as, but not limited to, Polycom Interactive Video hardware, desktop conferencing (Adobe Connect Pro, Microsoft Skype, and Zoom), lecture capture software (Echo360) and computer support. Other job duties will include the start-up and shut-down of Distance Learning rooms, monitoring of class sessions, troubleshoot technical issues with audio visual equipment, software and ITV connections and some office duties such as answering phones and taking messages.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Communication skills, client support, teamwork, PC knowledge, with Microsoft Office proficiency. Video camera and microphone knowledge preferred.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience
