Department Campus SustainabilityResponsibilities Coordinates the development and implementation of sustainability best practices, programs, and events targeting actions across a range of topical areas.

Responsible for developing a co-curricular "campus as living lab" sustainability partnership program. Engages the campus and local community to implement community-based, experiential learning opportunities. Work with faculty to build sustainability into courses.

Supports the coordination of data collection and reporting for Sustainable Campus programs, STARS, and other benchmarking opportunities. Assists with evaluation effectiveness of programs and projects.

Supervises OPS and student program staff, interns, and volunteers. Advises related student organizations. Coordinates and manages office events and programs.

Represents the department at events, conferences, and university partner committees. Completes special projects as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years of experience related to the duties of this position; or a high school diploma/equivalency and six years of experience related to the duties of this position.

(Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

Experience or knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of accounting, budgeting, and cost control procedures.

Knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodology.

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.

Knowledge of the principles and practices of project planning, development, and evaluation.

Ability to organize meetings and special events.

Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply related federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

A valid State of Florida or Georgia driver's license or the ability to obtain.Anticipated Salary Range Starting salary range $37,500.00, commensurate with experience.Pay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
