Mobile Health Program Administrative Assistant

Duties of a TH Instructional Support Assistant in the Radiology Mobile Mammography Department may include the following but are not limited to:
Brief Description of Duties:
· Responsible for maintaining all associated records as required by regulatory agencies. Responsible for coordination and collecting patient data in conformance with MQSA.
· Coordinate all Quality Assurance activities in accordance with established department guidelines and MQSA standards.
· Ensure all administrative and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
· Work cohesively with all Breast Care Center Managers.
· Coordinate patient letters and schedule call back appointments in a timely manner.
· Responsible for transfer of all records from mobile unit to facility system.
· Assist with patient follow-up, documentation and referrals as needed.
· Patient scheduling and pre-appointment preparation.
· Daily monitoring and fulfillment of CSP (Cancer Services Program) requirements.
· Ability to function as Intake Coordinator when required.
· Notary Public certification will be required within first six months of hire.
· All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Associates Degree and a minimum of two years' experience in the following areas: Healthcare, multi-tasking in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of accuracy and organization. Experience in word processing, spreadsheet management, electronic messaging and internet applications. Experience working independently as well as part of a team with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum experience of two years in patient navigation, advocacy or community relations. Familiarity with Cerner and patient scheduling. Bilingual preferred.

The selected candidate must successfully clear a background investigation.
