Maintain/monitor several account, email list, and email-sending systems; implement updates and improvements for Zendesk ticketing system and Wordpress site; create/monitor/test web page updates.

Education and Experience

Familiar with web development technologies (html, Wordpress).
Experience with html email platforms like SendGrid.
Experience testing and troubleshooting to ensure positive user experience on web pages.
Prefer experience with APIs
