Sunday thru Saturday – Shifts varies including 3rd shift and evenings.

Job Summary

Customer Service Representatives assist customers by providing service via UK Healthcare switchboard, UK Campus switchboard. This is call center position is responsible for transferring calls, providing information, and resolving some technical and service problems for the University of Kentucky customers and UK Medical Center Service and support scenarios include, but are not limited to: UK Healthcare switchboard, UK Campus switchboard, UK user and computer accounts, UK email, Canvas, and UK software download and installation.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Required skills: Customer service, attention to detail, excellent communication, and basic computer knowledge. Preferred candidates will have some technical knowledge and demonstrate the ability to learn additional skills as needed.
