DescriptionJob Purpose: Facilitate the creation of interactive learning programs that are aligned with curriculum and program/degree scheduling needs. Manage the creation, production and implementation of interactive instructional digital media components. Major Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and serve as the liaison and subject matter expert for interactive instructional media design for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the concept development process and manage all aspects of production, testing, quality assurance and delivery.
  • Provide instruction, assistance and troubleshooting of education related technology and content delivery systems.
  • Coordinate efforts for and provide technical expertise in the pre-production, production and post-production of various forms of educational interactive multi-media.
  • Lead the effective selection and utilization of interactive instructional media/technology.
  • Operate audio, video, control, computer and video conferencing equipment in order to produce educational media for assigned units.
  • Perform video and audio editing, titling and graphics insertion work.
  • Verify and maintain equipment, software, and hardware functionality to ensure availability for post-production and delivery efforts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Education: Technical Diploma, Associate's degree or two years college course work
  • Work Experience: Three to five years job related experience

  • Skills: N/A


  • QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Mass Communications, Education or related field
  • Preferred Work Experience: Five to seven years job related experience
  • Preferred Certifications: N/A
  • Preferred Skills: Strong skills in video production and video editing.  Experience with Adobe Premiere is preferred.
  • Additional Information: N/AImpact & Influence: This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff and external stakeholders. This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff and external stake holders. This position will supervise: NA.
