The Pediatric Cardiovascular Research Laboratory has a Full Time 100% NIH-funded Postdoctoral Associate position available. This position is the Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine, University of Colorado at Denver, Colorado.
The laboratory studies gene regulatory systems in pediatric cardiovascular disease, using a bedside to bench approach. This position will focus on the regulation of molecular pathways related to cardiovascular diseases, and identification of novel therapies to treat this population. The work will involve complex data analysis, high throughput screening of novel compounds, and use of patient samples.

Gene expression analysis in primary cells, human tissue and mouse models of cardiomyopathy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic biochemical or molecular biology
PhD in the fields of Molecular Biology or Biochemistry. Green card or American citizenship. Minority by NIH standards
