The position will work on two projects: 1) to fine-map a causal variant in a regulatory region and to elucidate its molecular mechanism; and 2) to investigate the effect of genetics variants on gene expression through large-scale sequencing experiments.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

A PhD degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or other relevant biomedical field. Prior experience with molecular experiment, sequencing library construction, and preferably cell culture. Publication (or submission) of at least one peer-reviewed research article.
