Position reports to the Registrar and is responsible for assisting the Registrar with course information, course scheduling, academic space, classroom scheduling, academic reporting and producing the Undergraduate catalogue. Shares responsibility with Registrar Office staff to continually provide the best customer service to the entire Emerson Community - students, faculty, staff, alumni and prospective students.
Campus Location: Boston Campus
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required as well as 2 + years of experience in Higher Education, preferably in a registrar’s office, academic advising or enrollment management office. Excellent communication skills are required and must be able to set priorities and multi-task and adapt easily to a changing work-load.
Knowledge of Banner system, EMS Campus, HTML, and/or registration systems; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Required Prior Work Experience:
4 + years of experience in Higher Education, preferably in a registrar’s office, academic advising or enrollment management office. Demonstrated history of providing quality and efficient customer service.
