The Master of Professional Studies in Supply Chain Management program at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies (scs.georgetown.edu) seeks a full-time Faculty Director with experience teaching graduate courses related to supply chain management, forecasting and analytics, operations, and/or logistics.
Preferred candidates should have a terminal academic degree in a related field and five or more years of relevant industry and/or teaching experience. Faculty Directors assume an academic leadership role in SCS, overseeing curriculum assessment; course development; hiring and training adjunct faculty; and connecting with relevant industry partners. Additionally, the Faculty Director will have a faculty appointment (as Assistant/Associate Professor of the Practice depending on qualifications and experience) and teach at least 2 courses (6 credits) each academic year.
This is a non-tenure track, full-time, benefits-eligible, renewable, twelve-month faculty appointment. Screening of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
