Job Description

The position is a one-year, temporary Lecturer appointment in the College of Arts and Sciences beginning in August, 2019.  The ideal candidate will be able to teach a broad range of undergraduate courses, including but not limited to research methods and statistics, introductory courses in the major, writing in psychology, and lifespan development.  Teaching load may include both daytime and evening courses.  Quality performance will be expected in instruction.  
 
Salary:  Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications:
•    An earned doctorate in psychology from a regionally accredited institution  
•    A minimum of 18 graduate hours in psychology
•    Evidence of a quality teaching

Preferred Qualifications:
•    College or University teaching experience 
•    Willingness to work in a collaborative environment 
•    Experience in a non-traditional commuter University setting
•    Experience with culturally diverse populations
